Are you a first-time home-buyer needing a little help with your down payment and/or closing costs?

California Housing Finance Agency has a program just for you, to meet those needs.

MyHome program is a silent simple interest rate deferred loan – up to 3.5% of the purchase price, or appraised value, whichever is less, to be used for their down payment and/or closing costs.
ZIP loan program is a 0.000% interest rate deferred loan - available with either 3% or 4% of the loan amount, including Upfront Mortgage Insurance Premium (UFMIP), to be used for closing costs.
